Initial Consultation with Acupuncture:
75 minutes for $120

Acupuncture Session:
60 minutes for $90

Ancient East Asian practitioners discovered that the body forms disharmony as a result of the various physical and mental stresses of life. This imbalance disrupts the movement of the body's vital energy (Qi) along the meridian pathways, which are channels through which the body's energy is thought to flow. Acupuncture restores the smooth flow of Qi. By inserting and manipulating needles at specific points, the body will return to its natural balance and promote the ability to heal itself.

We offer Japanese-style Acupuncture in which needles are very thin (hair-thin) and inserted superficially. This gentle needling technique is great for highly sensitive people.

Cupping Session
60 minutes for $80

Cupping is used to relieve muscle tension and activate the immune system. A vacuum is created by heating the inside of a glass cup which is then applied to the skin. This action creates a suction of muscle and tissue inside of the cup. Cupping strongly stimulates circulation and eliminates stagnation, thereby relieving pain and facilitating the healing process.

Gua Sha

Gua Sha Session
60 minutes for $80

Gua Sha is an ancient technique used to create friction on the skin. The purpose of this treatment is to relieve muscle tension and pain by stimulating peripheral blood flow. It also activates the body’s immune system. Gua Sha tools are flat-edged metal, ceramic or porcelain instruments.

Note: Gua Sha produces local warmth and redness which may last for several days.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Session
60 minutes for $80

A form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up.
